Carson Lee

I work almost exclusively in the HondaJet world, helping owners make better technical and operational decisions whether they are evaluating an aircraft, transitioning into ownership, or refining a mature operation years later.

  • A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization
  • ATP pilot and Gold Seal CFI / CFII / MEI
  • 20 years of technical experience
  • Deep HondaJet-specific ownership and training focus

I'm Carson Lee, founder of Turbine Aircraft Logistics, the company behind FlyHJ. Based in the greater Orlando, Florida area, I serve HondaJet owners and managers across the United States.

My work is focused almost entirely on a single aircraft platform: the HondaJet. I'm an A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization and 20 years of technical experience, along with ATP and Gold Seal flight-instructor credentials. That combination allows me to support ownership from both the maintenance and operational side rather than from only one angle.

Over time, I've become a trusted technical and operational resource within the HondaJet community, known for attention to detail and for looking beyond isolated tasks to the broader ownership picture. That includes records, maintenance planning, technical troubleshooting, compliance, transition support, and long-term aircraft stewardship.

I founded FlyHJ because I believe owners make better decisions and enjoy ownership more when they have a true steward in their corner. The work is intentionally selective so the support can stay personal, technically grounded, and highly responsive to the specifics of each aircraft and owner.

When Owners Call Me

The relationship often starts at different points in the ownership arc, but the reason is usually the same: they want better judgment and better continuity around the airplane.

Before They Close
Some owners call when they are still deciding whether to buy, and want a more informed read on the airplane and the ownership reality around it.
During Transition
Others call as they move into the aircraft and want continuity across onboarding, support, and training during the most consequential early phase.
After Years Of Ownership
Long-time owners often call when they want stronger oversight, better structure, or a more technically grounded advocate in their corner.
